A Framework for Automatic Evaluation of Employee Performance in Office Automation System
- oday, employee performance evaluation systems have turned into a valuable tool to achieve organizational goals. Though, one of the main ongoing challenges of this procedure is the quality of available information. As there is no comprehensive and precise data sources related to the performance of individuals in an organization and generally we are facing faulty non-quantitative data and similar problems, these systems are facing serious challenges. Though computer systems administering the evaluation operation have developed recently, in most cases scant attention is paid to the role of information systems in performance evaluation. By the same token, the current study intends to present a framework for quantitative and automatic evaluation of employee performance in office automation systems. Comparing the results of evaluating the proposed framework with the result of professionals’ evaluations shows that, the proposed system can be used as a separate dimension in employee performance evaluation system to have a better assessment
